please have understanding that these documents can be distributed only under a valid NDA, hence can't be shared here in the forum.

Also please understand that these needs to be ordered per customer's name, hence this process takes time.

I have update the NDA to the online support team in china as they required ,after that they reply me to contact saler.

I contact to the agency, but they do not know what I want, I have to explain to them. and the agency reply me so slow.

I hope you can understand me too since almost half month past, and I still get TI's noneffective help.
