Please let me ask the simplified internal example of TCA9509. I found simplified internal example of TCA9517 following thread.

Then I guess TCA9509's one by referring it so can you confirm it and give your comment? It's appreciated if you can share the TCA9509's simplified internal example here.

    I believe you are saying that you want a simplified block level diagram that is similar to the TCA9517, but describes the TCA9509. I can go and look if we already have it in our collateral, otherwise I will have to generate it. When do you need this by? Also, what is the purpose of these diagrams? Just curious, because if there is missing collateral it might be something we actively pursue for new collateral.

    Yes, I want a simplified block level diagram of TCA9509. I don't need ti soon but my customer consider to use TCA9509 and they want to see it because just want to learn and know the basis of bidirectional buffer.

    I read datasheet thoroughly again and got a better my understanding. I tried to draw the simplified internal diagram again so can you check it and give your comment? I thought that it has 200ohm pull down but now I understand that 200ohm is the gate resistance of A-side driver. Or is it a Ron of A-side Nch FET?

    Here is the block level diagram for the TCA9509, let me know if you have any questions.  I had to make the diagram, we didn't have it other collateral.

    I really appreciate for preparing block level diagram for the TCA9509. I understand that the 1mA current source is always activated from your diagram. Please let me know if my understanding is incorrect.

    Yes, the current source is always active, of course once the voltage gets close to the rail the current source collapses because it requires some overhead voltage, but yes it is always on when that node is pulled down toward ground.
