Hi!
Could you please let me know what is the impedance of output pins - Y/Z/R?
Just wondering if it is 50 ohms.
Here is how the test path looks like : ATE driver --> ATE trace --> PCB trace ---> device input
The ATE driver, ATE trace and PCB trace are all 50 ohms impedance control, but not sure about output input.
