Some problems do not understand the data manual, please help reply, thank you!

1. how much is the power supply voltage?

2. how much is the working current?

3. interface voltage range?

4. what is the dark current?

5. supported communication protocol standards?

6. does it support fixed ID wake-up?

7. does it support hard line wake-up?

  • Hi Meng,

    Here are some of the specifications for the device:

    1. 5V bus supply voltage range.

    2. Average power dissipation is 52mW under the following conditions:
    VCC = 5 V, VIO = 5 V (if applicable), TJ = 27°C, RL = 60 Ω, S at 0V,
    Input to TXD at 250 kHz, CL_RXD = 15 pF.
    Typical CAN operating conditions at 500 kbps with 25% transmission (dominant) rate.
    At 5v supply this is about 10.4mA

    3. I/O level-shifting voltages support 3.3V and 5V on the TXD and RXD pins.

    4. In standby mode supply current is 22uA under the following conditions:
    TXD = VCC, RL = 50 Ω, CL = open, RCM = open, STB = VCC

    5. The device is designed for use in CAN FD networks compiant with ISO11898 CAN protocol up to 2Mbps.

    6. This device does not have an ID specific wakeup feature.

    7. The device has a standby mode digital control input (active high). Is this the control feature you meant?

    Let me know if I can clerify farther on any of your questions.

    Regards,
    Eric
