TPIC8101EVM: Unble to launch TPIC8101EVM application.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have just received my TPIC8101EVM Rev C from Mouser today and i am trying to link up to the UI from my laptop. When i clicked on TPIC8101EVM application, it showed me an error "ERROR - TIGER: ERROR: *** WRITE to SB --HID-- *** Commnd = 0xB."

The light indicator on the Tiger board is not blinking and is showing green.

Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Kim,

Have you tried running the GUI in compatibility mode? You can also try running it as administrator.

Also, I will contact you separately to give you instructions on how to reload the firmware of the TIGER board. I've seen that cause problems before.

Thanks for the firmware update and it works after i updated it using your attachment and instruction. Thanks for your help. Attached is my screenshot with the board connected.
