The customer request us to prepare IBIS model and HSpice model for HD3SS3212. I know that you already uploaded S-Parameter Model in product folder. Do you have IBIS model and HSpice model or plan to prepare them?

According to the team, the unique model available for the HD3SS3212 is the S-parameter, since this model has been used for several customers for their simulations, unfortunately we do not have the Hspice and IBIS model for this device.

Hi Luis,

I understand that HD3SS3412 is similar device with HD3SS3212 and HSpice Model of HD3SS3412 is available on its product folder. Do you think HD3SS3412 HSpice model can be used for HD3SS3212's simulation also? Please ask your team and give your opinion.

Hi Satoshi,

You are right both devices are passive switch, hence, the model could be used as long as the application is intended for PCIe signals. If not, we couldn't guarantee the results of the simulation.
