I do not see any characterization curves unfortunately for this device which shows the data rate of this device.

We do not have the char data to show the data rate for this SN74AVCB324245 device.

would you consider switching to SN74AVC32T245 which is guaranteed to operate upto 380Mbps with Vcc supply > 1.8V ?
