SN74AVC8T245: Max Junction temp

The abs max Tj is 150C beyond which there could be reliability issues with the device.

by the way, please consider using the SN74AXC8T245 device which we recently released.
This is a superset device which supports 0.65 to 3.6v operation which is better than AVC.
