In the picture pin3,10,4 and 9 are unused. Should I float them or tie to vcc or GND？

Hi Fei,
I would recommend connecting the unused channel pins to ground (directly).

Hi Fei Wang,

You could also consider using the TXB0302 device which have only 2 pair of channels.
