ISO7742-Q1: The allowable current of INA pin

Part Number: ISO7742-Q1

Hi Team,

Could you provide the allowable current of INA pin? Thanks!

Best Regards,

Xing He

  • Hi Xing,

Thanks for reaching out. The input pins of ISO77xx have high impedance because of which you won't be able to really force any current into device. i.e., if you apply 5V at the input, the maximum current that can go into device is 10µA because of the input impedance. The only way to force higher input current would be to increase input voltage which violates device specification. So technically higher current is not accepted by the device. Thanks.
