ISO7762: ISO7762DBQR specification under VCC1=3.3V, VCC2=5.0V condition

Part Number: ISO7762

Hi,

Could you please let us know the following spec under VCC1=3.3V, VCC2=5.0V condition?

①Electrical Characteristics

・VOH, VOL

②Supply Current Characteristics

・Supply current - DC signal ICC1, ICC2

③Switching Characteristics

・tPLH, tPHL, PWD, tsk(o), tr, tf

Thanks and best regards,
M.HATTORI.

  • Hi Hattori-san,

Thanks for reaching out. Since the primary and secondary side die are independently powered, most of their specifications can be independently referred. The exception would be the switching characteristics which are defined for the whole channel (primary and secondary together). Please see my inputs below.

    ①Electrical Characteristics

    ・VOH, VOL

I see that customer is supply voltages are VCC1 = 3.3V and VCC2 = 5.0V. Please refer to sections "Electrical Characteristics - 3.3V Supply" for VCC1 and "Electrical Characteristics - 5V Supply" for VCC2. The VOH and VOL specs defined in those respective sections will apply.

    ②Supply Current Characteristics

    ・Supply current - DC signal ICC1, ICC2

Please refer to sections "Supply Current Characteristics - 3.3V Supply" for VCC1 and "Supply Current Characteristics - 5V Supply" for VCC2. The ICC1 and ICC2 specs for DC signal defined in those respective sections will apply.

    ③Switching Characteristics

・tPLH, tPHL, PWD, tsk(o), tr, tf

Unfortunately, we do not have switching characteristics data for VCC1 = 3.3V and VCC2 = 5.0V supply configurations. We do expect these specs to be in between the switching characteristics data available in datasheet for 3.3V and 5V. Please use these values as approximation. Thanks.
