    Please refer to Figure 1 in the below design guide for the internal block diagram of ISO7240CF-Q1, I am also copying the diagram here for your reference.

    The number of bonding wires inside device is a proprietary information, please reach out to your local TI representative to further discuss with customer on this regard. Thanks.
