ISO3086T: 3.3V supply on the bus side

Hello- 

I have a customer that migrated away from ADM2487E to ISO3086T. They didn’t realize it is only 5V supply on the bus side.  

They are currently giving it 3.3V.  They haven’t had any issues. What would happen if they run the part on a 3.3V bus supply.  Trying to determine what the failure point would be, if any, so we can decide how to proceed regarding both devices already in the field and future manufacturing.
