I want know the frequency.
First, the switching frequency on DC-DC converter part. (Transformer Drive)
Second, Carrier signal through isolation barrier of the below picture.

Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in ISOW7841A-Q1. Please see my inputs below,
First, the switching frequency on DC-DC converter part. (Transformer Drive)
The DC-DC converter in ISOW7841A-Q1 switches at around 60MHz.
Second, Carrier signal through isolation barrier of the below picture.
The frequency of carrier signal used for data transfer is about 450MHz.
If an automotive qualified device is not a requirement and an industrial grade device is sufficient, then we have our second generation device from the ISOW family, the ISOW7741, that offers significantly better performance. Please do check out below E2E post for a comparison between ISOW7741 and ISOW7841. Thanks.
