Hi Team,

My customer need CAD drawing of the SOIC(DW) package. It is not released on the website. When do we have RTM of the package version? I saw we only have pre-production samples online?

Hi Jan,

Thanks for reaching out.
The DW package is going to be exactly the same as the one that's already available with many other TI isolators. Please refer to the below link to ISO7741 DW package CAD drawing, customer can refer to this and download these files. Except for the pin labels, the drawing is going to be the same. Thanks.
