Good day.

Our customer wants to use the ISO7340FCQDWQ1 but they cannot find the Insulation Lifetime Projection Data for this device. Can you pleas help us provide the curve?

    Thank you for posting to E2E! The TDDB lifetime projection data we have for ISO73xx is shown below:



    Since ISO7340 is part of an older family, please recommend one of our newer devices for more robust isolation and improved electrical performance like ISO6740 or ISO7740.

    Hi Cedrick,

    Data in this TDDB curve represented the worse case of 25dC and 150dC temperatures, however, the TDDB curves at 25C and at 150C are very similar to each other.
