Thank you for posting and for sharing this good news! ISO7741DWR is a "default-HIGH output" device, so it has an internal pull-up resistor to help it maintain this state in the absence of any input signals as shown in the I/O schematic from the ISO774x datasheet (copied below):
Please let us know if there are any additional questions. If a channel is not used on this device, we recommend connecting the input pin to Vcc externally through a pull up resistor of ~4.7kΩ and leaving the output pin floating or disconnected.
