ISO1042-Q1: what is the maximum current needed by the IC

Part Number: ISO1042-Q1

i am using ISO1042DWVR and desinging the power supplies of the IC. what is the rated or maximum current need by the IC ? Vcc1 is 3.3 volt and Vcc2 is 5V. how much should be the power level of the 3.3v and 5v supply rail ?

  • Thank you for reaching out to us!

    The supply characteristics are available in section 6.1.

    The maximum current for Vcc1 at 3.3V is 3.5mA when the bus is in dominant state.

    The maximum current for Vcc2 at 5V is 73.4mA with RL=60 ohm when the bus is in dominant state.

    The power for Vcc1, using P=IV => 3.3V* 3.5mA = 11.55mW

    Power for Vcc2 = 5V*73.4mA = 367mW

    Regards,
