could you please share what is the pass criteria of surge test? the part is not damaged? or the Electrical Characteristics parameters are still within the limits?

Surge test for the isolation barrier is a destructive test. If the device's isolation barrier is intact after the surge test, it is considered a pass. You can verify if the isolation barrier is intact by checking its isolation resistance RIO. RIO of a working isolation barrier should be >10^9 as stated in the datasheet insulation specifications table.
