The pspice or the LIB file is not getting extracted in SABER as dbreak model is not defined. Can you please provide any new PSPICE file

The Pspice model only works with Cadence PSpice simulator. You can download a free version at https://www.ti.com/design-resources/design-tools-simulation/models-simulators/overview.html.
