ISOW7843: ISOW7843 Pspice model

Hello,

I want to run this signal isolator in the Pspice for Ti program. The only model available in the site is a Ibis model which I can not open properly on this simulator.

Do you have any Pspice model for this component?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Sorry, we currently do not have a PSpice model for ISOW7843. If you are intent is to evaluate the data isolation channels, then maybe you can use ISO7741 PSpice model for evaluation purpose only. ISO7741 is quite similar to the data channels of ISOW7843 and also has similar channel configuration, i.e., 3 channels in one direction and 1 channel in the other.
