Is TI able to tell a date code with the photo attached?

    Hi Lara,

    Welcome to TI E2E forum!

    The image attached has chips with top markings that are hard to read. For the part on the right, I can read the first 2 lines while I am unable to read the third line clearly. The marking on the first line "7731FQ" indicates device part number while the markings on second and third line together forms Lot Trace Code (LTC) that we need for tracing the part to a factory lot. Since I can't read the full LTC, I will be unable to track it to a lot. Sorry about that.

    If you have bought more units along these two samples in the picture, then there is a very high probability that those samples will also have the same LTC. If you can check those other samples and let us know the LTC, we will be able to track it for you.
