ISOW7840: About minimum value of data rate(DR)

Guru 21045 points
Part Number: ISOW7840

Hi Team,

I have three questions.

-------

[Q1]

I would like to know the minimum value of data rate(DR).

Could you please let us know if you have any information?

-------

[Q2]

I referred to Figure 7-11 and 7-12.

I guess that you only measure up to “DR=around 1Mbps”.

Is my understanding correct?

-------

  • Hi Hide,

Thanks for reaching out, please find below my inputs to your questions. Thanks.

    1. There is no minimum datarate for the device, that is why the minimum spec has not been specified. Hence, customer can apply any signal upto 100Mbps without any concerns.
    2. No, the device has been tested upto 100Mbps and the X-axis in the plot you see is specified in Mbps. i.e., 25, 50, 75 and 100 mentioned in the X-axis are datarate in Mbps.

  • Hi Koteshwar-san,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

    I have additional questions.

    -------

    [Q1’]

I understand that your following comment.

    > customer can apply any signal up to 100Mbps without any concerns.

So, I understand that ISOW7840DWE can support DC level.

    Is my understanding correct?

    -------

    [Q2’]

    I'm sorry to confuse you.

Did you measure less than 1Mpbs?

And, I understand that there is no spec other than Icc that changes depending on Data rate.

    Is my understanding correct?

If no, could you please let us know if you have any information?
