ISO1640: Data not being sent across isolator

For testing purposes, I have the ISO1640BQDRQ1 with both of its GND tied together and its VCC tied together at 5V, and 0.1uF decoupling capacitors. I have 4.7k pullups on SDA1/2 and SCL1/2. After scoping the input and output I2C lines, nothing shows up on the output however the input does behave correctly.

Hi Varun,

Sorry to hear about the issue.
We do not expect such a behavior from device. To debug the issue, could you please share waveform where both input and output are captured together?
