Our customer requested the ISO7721 lifetime.

ISO7721 specification -9.2.3.1 Insulation Lifetime (page24&25) describes the test methods and results of TDDB.

Is there detail application note for TDDB?

    Hi Statham,

    Thanks for reaching out.
    The lifetime or TDDB test for the isolation barrier is relatively an simple test to perform and describe. I believe the section 9.2.3.1 satisfactorily describes what the test is about the presents the data accordingly. Projected lifetime of 135 years after the VDE safety margin is also highlighted in green to make it easily readable.
