Hi Im looking for alternate part for ISO6741-Q1 with 5/0, 5/1 , 6/0 or more channels Isolator. I need enable control on output. Please suggest few part numbers.

Hello Srivatsa,

If you are looking for a direct alternate, then ISO7741-Q1 can replace ISO6741-Q1. Recommended 6-channel devices are ISO6760-Q1 and ISO7760-Q1.

For a 5/0 and 5/1 configuration, please use an ISO6761-Q1 or ISO7761-Q1 with the unused pins connected to the isolator's default state. ISO6760-Q1 or ISO7760-Q1 can work for a 5/0 configurations as well. Please note that currently, TI does not have any 6-channel digital isolators with enables or digital isolators in a 5-channel configuration.
