ISO1541: SCL 2 didn't follow SCL 1

Hello Sir:

Please refer our waveform as below.

Ch1 is SCL1, Ch2 is SCL2

Ch1 is SDA1, Ch2 is SDA2

And below is our application circuit.

Would you please let us know why the SCL2 can not rise up at the last of waveform?

That effect our AFE device communicate failed.

Hi Statham Su,

The schematic looks fine. Both sides have pull up resistors. As I can see from the scope captures, SDA1 and SDA2 waveforms are clean. SCL1 is very noisy which cannot be due to the pull-up resistor as SDA1 is clean.

Please confirm that the noisy signal is due to improper grounding while capturing the signal. Also, could you share the AFE that is being interfaced on side 2?
