Hi team,
I’d like to know about ISO3080DWR.
According to TI HP, ISO3080DWR is EOL.
However, ISO 3080DW has been notified of the EOL.
Is your HP description incorrect?

Hi Kazuya,
According to TI HP, ISO3080DWR is EOL.
Could you please clarify what you mean by "HP" in the statement above?
For parts that are marked as EOL, we cannot provide an explanation about why this is done. For the ISO3080, any designation that is listed next to the device on the product folder webpage is correct.

Kenneth
Hi Kenneth,
Thank you very much for your reply.
We received the inform by PCN that ISO3080DW (Tube carrier version(40pcs)) is going to be EOLed a few weeks ago.
But ISO3080 product folder shows that ISO3080DWR (LARGE Tape & reel(2000pcs)) is in LAST TIME BUY stage.
https://www.ti.com/product/ISO3080
I think TI proceeds Tube carrier EOL not Tape and Reel.
So ISO3080DWR LAST TIME BUY stage should be not correct. I think ISO3080DW(Tube) should be in LAST TIME BUY stage.
Could you please check which device will be EOLed?
Thank you again and best regards,
Kazuya.
Hi Kazuya,
Thank you for clarifying the requested information.
I think TI proceeds Tube carrier EOL not Tape and Reel.
So ISO3080DWR LAST TIME BUY stage should be not correct. I think ISO3080DW(Tube) should be in LAST TIME BUY stage.
Your understanding is correct. I investigated this issue with the team internally and was able to confirm that the PCN that you received is correct. The ISO3080DW will be EOLed, not the ISO3080DWR. The designation that you currently see on the device product folder is incorrect. The ISO3080DW should be assigned the "Last Time Buy" designation, not the ISO3080DWR.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, we are currently working on fixing the ordering section of the product folder so that the designation accurately reflects the PCN that you received.
If you have any further questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Kenneth
