ISO1212: Whether the IC Will sense both 12V & 24V Dry contact Input Signal?

As a one of our project Implementation, we planned to use ISO1212

To sense the dry contact Input signal which are in the range of 12V & 24V.

So, could you please suggest the reference circuit with component details including Rth & Rsense resistor configuration if any

    The ISO1212 supports a voltage range of 12V to 60V for the SENSEx and INx pins, so the ISO1212 should work for your application as 12V and 24V is within the voltage range.
