It will be enough for Rsense using 0402 power consumption and Rthr using 0805
but if i caculate by 24/1k ,this will not enough for using 0805 pcb footprint.
is that true the Rsense current is 2.47mA?

Yes, RSense current is 2.47mA. Generally we recommend using a resistor size that would be able to handle at least 1W. On our EVM for this device, we used the 1k ohm and 562 ohm resistors as well. shown below are the detail of the resistors we used on our EVMs BOM: ISO1212 Isolated Digital-Input Receiver Evaluation Module (Rev. A)
