Please check the RC filter values of ISO3080.
Customer used the RC value on their schematic as below and they want to change the RC value for RS485 baudrate 19200bps.
Baudrate is 19200bps. so, fs = 9.6Khz. RC is about 3.3 ==> R = 33 ohm, C= 100nF.
it is based on below calculation formula
RC = 0.032/fS
it is from application note :(Isolated RS-485 Transceiver Reference Design (Rev. A) (ti.com)
