Hi team,

Datasheet doesn't include Iq infromation. How much current flow into VIO and VDD in some situation?

    Hi Hayashi-san,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The device doesn't have a specific shutdown or standby mode due to which the term quiescent current isn't specifically used. Instead, device current consumption under all test conditions are provided in the datasheet section 8.9 through 8.11 titled Supply Current Characteristics. Please refer to these tables and let me know if these currents provide you with what you are looking for.
