A chip for measuring AC line voltage and phase

Hi, 

I am trying to design a circuit to measure AC line voltage peak and phase. This needs to provide isolation to my low voltage MCU and measurement circuitry. 

Is there a single chip that can perform this task? I am trying to avoid isolation transformers as they are bulky and will introduce a phase shift in the output,
