Hello team,

I kindly request you to please provide the PN suggestion for GND isolation. ISOW7841FAQDWERQ1 is a device which has higher specs, and we would like recommendation for GND isolation only.

    Hi Mayur,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Most of our digital isolators support ground isolation and most of them are available with multiple channel options. If you need 2 data isolation channels, one in forward direction and the other in reverse, for transmit and receive pins, then you can consider ISO6521 which is an optimum device for ground isolation. If device with higher isolation is needed then you can consider ISO6721 or ISO7721. Some of these devices have multiple package options, you can choose the one that suits your needs better.

    We also have digital isolators with integrated power, like ISOW7821 (1st generation) and ISOW7721 (2nd generation), which integrate an isolated DC/DC converter in the same package and do not require separate external isolated power. Since ISOW7721 is our latest generation device that offers significantly better overall performance, we recommend you to use this device. If you require 4 channels then you can consider ISOW7741.
