Hi team,

I have a quick question:

Since the deadtime of SN6507 is fixed at 70ns.

What's the actual influence of the dead time in the case of push-pull transformer driver?

I mean the potential risk or negative influence at all.

Could you please help answer this question?

    Hi Matt,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Fixed deadtime isn't necessarily a concern, not having deadtime is a concern. Fixed deadtime is going to avoid shoot-through current thereby allowing normal operation of device. Let me know if you had any specific concern on this, thanks.
