In this PCN, the material of bond wire diameter composition will be changed from Au to Cu.

So, does it mean all products shipped after Feb 26th are applied Cu material?

Thank you for your patience.

The PCN indicates that the new products that will be shipped will have the Cu bond wires. The remaining devices in stock with Au Bond wires will continue to be shipped until the stock runs out.

Hello,

The date Feb 26th signifies that new material Cu bond wires will start shipping from this date and the production of old devices with Au bond wires stops.

Devices that are already built with Au bond wire will continue shipping until the stock is depleted.
