Hi Chen,
Thank you for your question.
As you have mentioned, pin 7 and pin 10 are different, which is the disable and control 2 pin respectively. For compatibility, please consider the question below:
Is the CTRL2 pin at HIGH state?
If this is still a bit confusing, you can send a schematic for us to review in order to ensure compatibility.

Hi Chen,
Thank you for your reply and for sending the schematic.
From the schematic you have sent, it looks like the disable (pin 7) and CTRL2 (pin 10) are pulled down to GND, which makes the default state of the device LOW.
Unfortunately, this configuration is not compatible for pin to pin replacement with the ISO7740F device. In order to use the ISO7740F device, you can leave pin 7 open and make pin 10 pulled up to VCC, which enables the output on the ISO7740F device.

Hi Chen,
Thank you for your additional question.
The ISO67xx family of devices would also have the same requirement as I mentioned for the ISO77xx devices as well. There would have to be a slight change to the pinout in order for the devices to work pin to pin, as shown below:
In order to use the ISO7740F device, you can leave pin 7 open and make pin 10 pulled up to VCC, which enables the output on the ISO7740F device
