Dear TI team,
I am using ISO6760DWR as digital isolator in my circuit. Input side Vcc is 3.3 V but input PWM signal is 5 V.
Vi is higher than Vcci but it is below absolute maximum rating. Will this configuration damage my circuit or it is okay to use?

No this is not OK to use when PWM signal is greater than VCC. As shown in the Absolute maximum ratings below, The input voltage range is from -0.5V to VCC+0.5V. This means that the voltage range for the input when VCC = 3.3V should be a maximum of 3.8V.

Please keep in mind that violating the absolute maximum ratings voids device warranty provided by TI and we do not guarantee normal operation of the device as well.
