can i use different voltage level for VCC1 and VCC2 (e.g. 5V for VCC1 and 3.3V for VCC2)?

Thank you for your question.

Yes, you can use different voltage values for VCC1 and VCC2 (VCC1 = 5V and VCC2 = 3.3V is OK to have and will work).
