my colleague and me used two different ways to determine the FIT rate for TI part number ISO7761DBQR.
My colleague scanned your technical documentation and used the functional safety information where the fit rate is 13.
As I searched in general for multiple parts I used the MTBF and FIT Rate Estimator where the fit rate is only 0.2!?
Which rate is morge specific?
