I want to used ISO7710-Q1 in my design,but I don't know which package is suitable for me.

Thank you for your question.

The ISO7710-Q1 is avialable in 2 different package sizes: DW (SOIC 16-pin) package and D (SOIC 8-pin) package.

The DW package is 10.30 mm × 7.50 mm and is the larger package size of the two options. If you would like the IC taking up less board space, the D package will be a good option as it is 4.90 mm × 3.91 mm.
