I need to learn the technical differences between :

ISO07741 FDW & ISO 7741 FDWR

ISO07740 FDW & ISO 7740 FDWR

ISO07742 FDW & ISO 7742 FDWR

Is it just the packaging ? or there are other differences ?

The only difference is that "R" indicates a large reel.
