ISO7741-Q1: Changes due to PDN 5/31/24

Tool/software:

I noticed that ISO7741-Q1 and ISO7740-Q1 are getting a bunch of their Part Numbers discontinued. For example, ISO7741FQDBQQ1 is being replaced by ISO7741FQDBQRQ1.

The PDN 20240530001.3  says that the the replacement is a pin to pin match. Are there any changes in Datasheet parameters and die?

    As you have mentioned, this is the major difference. The only thing that is changing is the IC packaging, meaning that instead of tube and reel, the ICs will be packaged in only a reel.

    The datasheet parameters will not be changing and will remain the same.
