ISOM8110: Wider package requirements

Currently , I use ISOM8110DFGR to replace PC817 , Customers think our chips are not wide enough, do we have a wider package to choose from?

PC817 is 5mm or 6mm

The ISOM8110's SOIC package can withstand 3750 Vrms. TI does not make opto-emulators in a wider package (for 5 kV or more).
