ISOM8710: ISOM8710 vs TLP5705H

Dear Technical Support Team,

According to cross reference, alternative device of TLP5705H( Toshiba Photocoupler) is ISOM8710.

Do you have competition table or explain the difference between them?

    Hello ttd, 

    The ISOM8710 is the correct alternate for the TLP5705H. I do not have a difference table but both devices feature a CMOS totem-pole style output, and both have similar characteristics and ratings. The ISOM8710 should also be package compatible since the TLP5705H pin is a N.C.
