ISO6760: Isolated DAC design

Part Number: ISO6760

Tool/software:

Hello -

I am working on an isolated DAC, which needs 5 channels of output.  I will be feeding a PWM ~10-20khz into each channel of the ISO6760, and then passing through an LPF w/ op amp gain=2 to derive a ~0-10V analog value.  The goal is to have 9 bits of resolution on the output.

I have never used a digital isolator before, but am going down this line because I was concerned about PWM duty cycle distortion with a standard opto.  When searching through logic optos, came across this part.  I have a few questions:

1) The isolated power supply is 12V, so I plan to use a 5V LDO to produce a supply for the ISO6760. Do you have a recommendation for a small low cost LDO from TI for the 12->5V that meets the small current requirement  of the ISO.

2)  Could you please review the simple schematic below and let me know any feedback?  Do you see any issues with the ISO output feeding the high impedance filter/opamp as shown?

Thanks,
Leon
