ISO1042: Isolating CAN BUS signals

Part Number: ISO1042

Tool/software:

Hi,

I need to isolate the CANH and CANL signals from my MCU. Below is a simple block diagram of the solution,

I have CANH and CANL coming in from my MCU, which then goes to the standard transceiver (CANH and CANL pins). Then, the Txd and Rxd pins of the transceiver will feed into the Txd and Rxd pins of the Isolated Can Transceiver. The output of the isolated CAN transceiver will be my isolated CAN Bus.

(RXD (Standard CAN Transceiver)TXD (Isolated CAN Transceiver)
(TXD (Isolated CAN Transceiver) → RXD (Standard CAN Transceiver)

Please refer to the image of the block diagram in the google drive file for clearer image. My question is will this work?

Regards,
Zi Hao.
