May I know the ISOM8115/6/7/8 sample and RTM schedule?

I have saw it on ISOM811x datasheet, but can't find it on TI website.

And what is the DFH package schedule?

We have customer is interesting about this package.

Hello Jeff,

Thank you for your patience. All of the variants shown in the datasheet should be available before the end of the year. The DFG packages should be released by the end of the quarter and the DFH should be released in Q4.

Not from TI. You would have to use one of the phototransistor optocouplers (xxx354) that the ISO8115…8 is meant to replace.
