Yes, there are 2 main options that could be an option for you. These devices are newer and are On-Off Keying (OOK) modulation based isolators. They also are pin-to-pin compatible to the ISO7342C device. Please check this information below:

Although this is true for opto-couplers and other lower quality dielectrics, it is not true for TI's Silicon Dioxide (SiO2) based isolators. Since digital isolators use newer isolation technologies and high-quality dielectric material, such as silicon dioxide (SiO2), they do not need to be thick to provide high-quality insulation.
