ISO1050: ISO1050DUB Lable MSL issue

Tool/software:

the datasheet show MSL rank is level 4

But the coming goods show : MSL is level 3

  • There are multiple assembly sites. The datasheet shows the worst-case MSL; the shipping label shows the actual MSL for chips assembled in Kuala Lumpur.

    You can simply treat all devices as MSL 4, or you can treat these particular devices as MSL 3.
